Island Legends of the Pacific Luau & Show Hilton Waikoloa Village is proud to present the Legends of the Pacific™ dinner show, brought to you by Tihati Productions. Our guests are greeted by the exotic Polynesian dances and music of the Pacific Rim, highlighted by a Big Island Luau Buffet, featuring kalua pig, roasted chicken with mango and green peppercorn sauce, braised short ribs, a variety of tropical fruits, salads, fresh island fish, and a lavish display of island-style desserts.

View the imu (underground
oven) preparation the morning of the show at 8 a.m. Be prepared for an amazing buffet-style feast including: assorted cold local fruits and salads like Ginger-Chicken salad and Paniolo Chili-Beef salad topped with island dressings. Also traditional Poi, Namasu, Lomi-Lomi Salmon, Poki and Rolled Sushi. Includes exotic hot dishes: steamed Mahi-Mahi with oriental vegetables in light oyster sauce, Parker Ranch Ribs, Roasted Chicken with Mango and Green Peppercorn, Stir Fry Veggies, Steamed Rice, Hawaiian Sweet Potatoes, Steamed Shumi, Garlic Roasted Potatoes and Hawaiian Sweet Bread. Whole Roasted Suckling Pig carved to order by the Chef. Legendary Desserts Finish with dessert
choices such as: Coconut and Strawberry Haupia, Coconut Cream Pie, Chocolate
Mac-Nut Pie, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Banana Cream Pie, Warm Banana
Cobbler. Assorted Herbal Teas, Kona and Decaf Coffee, or one cocktail
included. Feel the Legends of the Pacific show with exotic music and dance from Hawaii and the Pacific Rim Islands. When the show ends, your night can begin again as you join others dancing to live music under the stars of the magnificent Hawaiian sky. Advance reservations

Hilton Waikoloa Take the tram (train) or the canal system boats to the Lu'au. If you would like to stroll the mile of flagstone path to admire the multi-million dollar art collections lining the walkway, you can witness museum-quality artifacts from Polynesia, Asia and Europe. Walk across the rope suspension bridge past waterfalls to view the dolphins at the resort's dolphin education/research pools.
